1.Introduction of the idea:

Responding to the “PRISM event” of Edward Joseph Snowden and USA government,

we know the whole world are under the monitoring of some countries .

The privacy of the citizens are under attack.

This situation is being more and more severe under the decoration of the peaceful urban features .

Just like what had been showed in the famous movie 1984 ,there exists a totalotarionism city.

In the real world ,if we dont do any thing to change this situation,the totalotarionism city will come true .

So we just try to design a vitual city by disclosuring the real face of a totalotarionism city .

In order to warn people to take some measures.

Of course it looks strange,but it is very near to us .

2.Framework:

A city is a countrys epitome,a collection of relations.

We organized the city according to the organization of a state apparatus ,especally a totalitarionism citys .

So we will have the citys dictators ,chasteners ,masses ,supervisors,masqueraders.....

They will be contained in different constructions .

Then we organize those constructions to get a totalotarionism city we thinking about .

Because the space and the division of space are not established independently.

Insteadly,they correspond with a specific power system.

Different space come from and serve for different power systems.

At the same time ,they product new powers.

The power realized here constructs a space on the back face of the real urban space —— an invisible city.

We make the visualization of the invisible city and put it near to Washington —— the center of the Edward Joseph Snowdens story .
